Today we went as planned!! Daddy is going to the office to clear some paper work, so I’ve decided to bring little Sherry out for a shopping trip and we took the MRT. She had been on the MRT before but not on a long distance to town!
In fact I had arranged with sister to go to the Suntec as the Body Shop is having the warehouse sales, but had to call off the idea as I’ll have to come back home to prepare for the birthday party. So we had decided to go to the Raffles City instead. We had arranged to meet at 2pm outside Starbucks. Sherry did not recognized her immediately and she needed some coaxing and playing before she knows that her ‘ah yee’. We went to the foodcourt for lunch before we proceed on our little shopping trip.
Throughout most of the trip, we let Sherry down to walk instead of carrying her in our arms, and this little girl enjoyed it very much. Once a while, she’ll looked up to me and give me a big n bright smile! Such a sweetie pie!
But something happened during the trip. While we were walking in Robinsons 2nd level trying to exit, here comes a little boy around 2 or 3 yrs old, walking rapidly towards us and the next moment one of his hand is one Sherry’s hair! He is pulling Sherry’s hair! OMG!!! I shouted at him and the maid did not even say anything to me! I was so furious!! So when his mum came over and asked what happened, I told her off, what her son had done to little Sherry, and before she could say anything, I just walked away, angrily! Luckily my little girl was not frightened by the incident. When I asked her is she alright, she just nodded her head and carry on walking.
We left the shopping mall, around 4pm and instead of meeting Daddy, we took the train back again… When we reached home around 5pm, she knocked off also immediately after her milk, must have been tiring for her.. *keke*..
Yippie! I managed to bring my little girl out w/o any help, shall do it more often from now on wards. Oh yes, forgot to mention what she had done in the train. Waving, saying hi and smiling at strangers. Keke, so sweet right.. *proud mummy*
